Great services and very friendly staff!

We had a 6-night stay at Best Family Hotel in Riccione. For our family of 5 we got a very spacious apartment. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The services included are great value, for locals or Italian speaking guests even more so. We were impressed. Indeed an all inclusive vacation for families with children. The food is delicious. This was our first family vacation in Italy, maybe the food is delicious everywhere but for us was top! Thank you to everyone! The only faults one may find: small garden(but standard for Riccione as we could see), a bit noisy (there are a lot of kids! This is kids' heaven :)), some accomodation (such as our apartment) is not in the main building. We will miss bella Italia and Adriatica riviera!

Great staff and lots of activities for both young and adults

The staff was very friendly towards both children and parents. The structure is full of services. Great shout-out to the animators Samuele and Ivano wich were very friendly and offered plenty of activities for all ages. The beach wich offers the sea acces is very clean and confortable. The rental bikes given by the hotel (for free) are an amazing way to experience the Riccione skyline.

Very good family hotel

We stayed at the hotel by the end of June, first days of July 2024. The hotel staff is more than friendly, excellent. This hotel is perfect for families with small children. The animation is great, the animators are all friendly, very kind with all, with children and the adults. They prepare all kind of activities all the day. The food was great, delicious. I really enjoyed the sea food and pasta. It was really really great. I would only suggest to make a healthy corner, with some fresh juice, expecially in the morning. The hotel is very clean, I think the best things od the hotel are food and staff. I recommend it to families with small children.
